After completing the registration, all applicant families will undergo a public lottery to determine their application sequence numbers. These sequence numbers are only valid within their corresponding phase and cannot be used across different phases.

The available housing units are ready-to-move-in properties located in Jimei, Haicang, Tong'an, and Xiang'an districts. The unit types include one-bedroom (approximately 45 square meters), two-bedroom (approximately 60 square meters), and three-bedroom (approximately 70 square meters) options.

It is important to note that any unallocated units from this batch, including those that become available after a successful selection but are subsequently withdrawn by the applicants, will be recovered by the municipal housing authorities once all selection processes for each phase are completed.
